The current Qbits partner application asks for five required items: company name, registered address, official business email, a 10-digit WhatsApp number, and GST number. It also asks about your business role, current inverter brands, office, warehouse, teams, financial position, monthly sales target, promotion readiness, and previous solar-inverter experience.

Those questions help create a business profile for review. They do not reveal a published eligibility score. A large turnover, warehouse, sales team, or monthly target does not guarantee approval. The form is an application, not a dealer or distributor appointment.

The form has five sections

As checked on 26 September 2026, the application groups its questions like this:

The five sections of the Qbits partner application and what each answer can clarify
SectionWhat the current form asksWhat the answer can clarify
Company informationCompany name, registered address, business email, WhatsApp number, website, and GST numberWhich business is applying and how it can be contacted
Business profileRole, PM Surya Ghar registered name for EPCs, annual turnover, and inverter brands currently usedWhich partner route is requested and the applicant’s present business context
Infrastructure and teamOffice, warehouse, sales, technical, service, and service-centre detailsWhich operating resources exist today
Financial detailsWorking capital, bank loans, cash-credit limits, other capital, and hypothecated bankThe financial position the applicant chooses to report for the review
Sales commitmentMonthly target, readiness to promote, and previous inverter experienceThe applicant’s proposed sales plan and relevant experience

The final column is a practical reading of the questions. Qbits does not publish a scoring model, field weight, minimum threshold, or automatic acceptance rule on the current page.

Which fields are actually required?

The current form marks these five fields with an asterisk:

  1. Company name
  2. Registered address
  3. Official business email
  4. WhatsApp number
  5. GST number

The WhatsApp field accepts a 10-digit number without the country code. The GST field is labelled GST Number, although its placeholder says GST or PAN number. That wording is inconsistent. A business that is unsure which identifier applies should confirm the expected entry with Qbits before submission rather than guessing.

Use the GST and Udyam registration checklist for inverter dealers to separate legal tax registration, optional MSME registration, and the identifier requested by this partner form. None of those records guarantees partner acceptance.

The other visible questions are not marked required in the current form. That is a technical fact about form completion, not proof that every blank is irrelevant to review. Answer applicable questions accurately. Use Not applicable only where the field accepts text and that answer is true.

Company information identifies the applicant

Use the same business identity across the company name, registered address, email, website, and tax details. Small variations can make an otherwise straightforward application harder to reconcile.

Company information fields, what to prepare and what to avoid
FieldPrepare this before applyingAvoid this
Company nameThe current registered or trading name you intend Qbits to reviewA shortened name that cannot be tied to your records
Registered addressThe full current address shown in the relevant business recordsA sales territory or temporary site in place of the registered address
Official business emailA monitored company addressA mailbox nobody checks after submission
WhatsApp numberA monitored 10-digit Indian mobile numberA personal number whose owner cannot handle the application
WebsiteThe full address beginning with https:// if one existsAn unfinished or unrelated domain
GST numberThe identifier Qbits expects for your businessA guessed number or another entity’s registration

Business-profile fields establish the route and context

The business-type choices are Dealer, Distributor, EPC, and System Integrator. Select the route that describes the business you want Qbits to review. The label does not create rights over products, customers, territory, installation, or service.

Dealer and distributor applicants should not fill the PM Suryaghar Registered Name field merely to make the form look complete. The form labels it as applicable to EPCs. If your company also performs EPC work and has a relevant registered name, make sure it matches the actual record.

Annual turnover and current inverter brands provide commercial context. They are not invitations to inflate scale or hide existing supplier relationships. Use one completed financial period for turnover and disclose current brands as the form requests. The public page does not state that a particular turnover or brand portfolio passes or fails the application.

If you are applying specifically for local dealing, use the Qbits dealer application guide. If you are proposing regional distribution, use the Qbits distributor registration walkthrough to build the role-specific operating file.

Infrastructure questions separate assets from plans

The form asks whether the office is owned or rented. It also asks whether a warehouse is available and, if so, its size. Team questions cover sales, technical support, service personnel, and a service centre with its location.

Report what exists on the submission date. Keep these categories separate:

  • owned premises;
  • rented premises;
  • employees;
  • contractors;
  • shared resources; and
  • facilities or hires planned only if an appointment proceeds.

A planned warehouse is not an available warehouse. A salesperson who sometimes coordinates complaints is not automatically a technical or service team. A third-party repair contact is not a company-owned service centre. Clear labels give the reviewer a more accurate picture than one impressive combined number.

The public page does not state a minimum warehouse size, office type, headcount, or service-centre requirement. Do not treat any number in another applicant’s story as Qbits policy.

Financial questions need one date and one basis

This is the most sensitive part of the form. It asks for:

  • annual turnover;
  • total working capital available, in lakhs;
  • total bank-loan amount, excluding cash-credit and overdraft limits;
  • total cash-credit limits, in lakhs;
  • other capital sources and amounts; and
  • the bank to which assets are hypothecated.

Prepare these figures from current records and use a consistent date. Do not count an application for finance as an approved facility. Do not add the same cash-credit limit to working capital twice. Do not present a future investor contribution as money already available.

The form’s wording does not define an accounting methodology or explain how these answers are weighted. If working capital available, other capital, or hypothecated is unclear for your structure, check the figure with your accountant and ask Qbits which basis it wants. Accuracy matters more than choosing the largest defensible interpretation.

The current public page also does not publish a minimum investment, credit term, security requirement, or stock commitment. Those belong in a later written commercial proposal, if the application progresses.

The solar dealership investment guide provides a blank cash-timing worksheet and explains why a registration amount, demo purchase, opening stock, and total working capital cannot be treated as the same figure.

Sales fields describe a proposal, not guaranteed demand

The final section asks for a target sales commitment per month, readiness to promote the brand, and previous experience in the solar-inverter business.

Build the target from named assumptions. Consider the customers you already serve, realistic order frequency, model mix, seasonality, sales coverage, and delivery capacity. Keep that worksheet for the later discussion. A target typed into the form is neither proof of demand nor a confirmed purchase obligation unless an authorised agreement later says so.

Use the experience field to describe relevant work plainly. Useful details include the business role, market served, years active, customer types, product categories, and the parts of the sales or service process your team actually handled. Do not invent customer counts, project results, service capacity, or authorisations.

Selecting Yes for brand promotion does not create a marketing budget, lead entitlement, reimbursement, approved claims, or access to brand assets. Those details still need written terms.

What happens to the submitted information?

The current site implementation sends a partner application into lead-management and email-handling routes. The public Privacy Policy says Qbits uses information to process partner applications. It also says information may be shared with trusted vendors for hosting, analytics, CRM, and email under confidentiality obligations.

The policy’s summary of partner or dealer application data names business name, location, and contact details. The live form also collects infrastructure, team, financial, sales, and experience fields. Because the summary does not enumerate all those categories, applicants should read the full notice and request clarification before submitting if the treatment of financial or business information affects their decision.

The policy provides service@qbitsenergy.com for access, correction, or deletion requests, subject to applicable retention requirements. It says inquiry records are typically retained for 36 months, but it does not separately state a retention period for every partner-form field.

Run this check before submission

Read the completed worksheet from top to bottom before copying it into the form.

The form does not publish an approval time. Its success message says Qbits will review the details and make contact. Do not buy stock, hire staff, promise territory, or describe the business as an authorised partner based only on a submission acknowledgement.

Use the form as an accurate business snapshot

A strong application is internally consistent. It tells the same story across business identity, role, operating capacity, finances, sales assumptions, and prior experience. It does not depend on an invented minimum investment or an assumed eligibility score.

When the worksheet is accurate and you are comfortable with the current data notice, complete the official Qbits partner application. Treat submission as the start of review. Any later margin, credit, territory, stock, support, service, marketing, target, or appointment term should be confirmed in authorised written documents.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Which fields are required on the Qbits partner application?
As checked on 26 September 2026, the form marks company name, registered address, official business email, 10-digit WhatsApp number, and GST number as required. The remaining visible questions are not marked required, but applicants should answer relevant fields accurately rather than assume an optional field has no bearing on the review conversation.
Does the Qbits partner form require document uploads?
The current form has no visible file-upload field. It asks for entered business, contact, infrastructure, team, financial, sales, and experience information. Keep supporting records ready if Qbits later requests verification, and send sensitive documents only through a confirmed channel.
Why does the application ask for financial details?
The form asks for annual turnover, available working capital, bank-loan amount, cash-credit limits, other capital, and the hypothecated bank. The public page does not publish a formula, minimum amount, or pass score for those answers. Treat them as factual business inputs for review, not as a request to promise investment or sales.
Does submitting the form guarantee a Qbits dealership or distributorship?
No. The current page says the partner team reviews submitted details and contacts applicants about the relevant route. It does not publish automatic acceptance, a response time, territory, exclusivity, margin, credit, stock, support, or earnings terms.
How does Qbits say it uses partner application data?
The current privacy policy says Qbits uses information to process partner applications and may share data with trusted hosting, analytics, CRM, and email vendors under confidentiality obligations. The policy should be read before submission. Applicants can use the policy's listed service email for data-access, correction, or deletion requests, subject to applicable retention requirements.
