The Site is operated by Qbits Energy ("Qbits", "we", "us"), a subsidiary of Heaven Green Energy Limited, with registered address at 201, Anupam Square, Mahadev Chowk, Mota Varachha, Surat, Gujarat 394101, India.

Product specifications, prices, certification statuses, warranty terms, and availability are subject to change without notice. Where a discrepancy exists between the Site and the actual product datasheet or sales contract, the datasheet or contract prevails. All product images are illustrative.

4. Warranty

Warranty eligibility, duration, remedy, registration requirements, exclusions, transport, labour, and site-visit responsibilities depend on the written terms supplied for the exact model and sale. Public product material refers to an expandable warranty but does not, by itself, define all of those terms. Obtain the current written warranty from Qbits or the authorised seller before purchase. The written terms supplied with the sale control if they differ from a summary on this Site.

5. Service and installation

Installation, commissioning, and routine service may be performed by Qbits, a seller, an EPC contractor, or a service partner, depending on the contract. Confirm the responsible party, service area, response process, and chargeable work in writing. Qbits is not responsible for work performed by an unauthorised installer except where applicable law provides otherwise.

6. User submissions

Any data you submit through forms on the Site (contact, dealer inquiries, partner applications) must be accurate and lawful. You grant Qbits a non-exclusive license to use submitted information for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and providing requested services.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site - text, images, graphics, logos, code, blog posts - is the property of Qbits or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark law. You may share short excerpts with attribution; bulk reproduction requires written permission.
