We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Inverter Service Engineer to join our service team. This role is vital to ensuring our customers' solar energy systems function optimally and reliably. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing solar inverters across a range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
The role requires hands-on experience with inverter technologies, as well as a solid understanding of electrical circuits, solar power systems, safety protocols, and customer service. You will be working both on-site and remotely, handling everything from initial installation and commissioning to fault diagnosis and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities
- Perform installation, commissioning, and servicing of solar inverters (on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid).
- Ensure timely and professional resolution of service calls.
- Maintain service logs, documentation, and customer reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth after-sales support.
- Provide technical support to sales and installation teams when required.
Must Have
- ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- 1+ year of experience in inverter servicing or electrical troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of electrical safety, wiring diagrams, and testing tools.
- Willingness to travel to field locations for service support.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Nice to have
- Certification in solar PV systems or inverter training.
- Experience with remote monitoring systems and data loggers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office for reporting purposes.
- Ability to train junior engineers or technicians.
